For the Rental:

The price is for the full time, pick up anytime Aug 22-27.
Return Aug 31 - Sep 3

we require a rental deposit of $200. The purpose of the deposit is to ensure that the e-bike is returned in the same condition it was rented out.

When you return the e-bike at the end of the festival, we'll conduct a thorough inspection to assess its condition. As long as the e-bike is returned in the same condition, without any significant damage beyond normal wear and tear, your full deposit of $200 will be refunded to you promptly.

It's important to note that any damages or excessive wear beyond what is considered normal usage may result in a deduction from the deposit. In such cases, the amount deducted will be based on the cost of repairs or replacement parts needed to restore the e-bike to its original condition.

To begin your experience, you can conveniently pick up your rented e-bike at our dedicated location in Reno. Our knowledgeable staff will guide you through the rental process, ensuring you have all the necessary equipment and information for a safe and enjoyable ride.

After an exhilarating time at the festival, simply return your rented e-bike to our Reno location. Our team will ensure a smooth return process, allowing you to relax and reminisce about your unforgettable adventure.
